The Council will offer a BLS Instructor class for individuals interested in teaching CPR, First Aid, & AED training. Pre-requisites include a BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR card, completion of an AHA instructor application, and acceptance by the Training Center as an instructor. The class will be held at the Council's Training Center located at 180 Prosperity Drive, Suite 1, Winchester, VA  22602.
