Thank you for registering for Consolidated Testing! In order for the testing to run smoothly, please review the following important information:

  • To be admitted for testing, the Council must receive a copy of the Test Eligibility Letter that you received from the Virginia Office of EMS or from your instructor. This letter can be e-mailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , faxed to (540) 722-0094, mailed, or dropped off at the Council office. If you do not deliver it to the Council office, you MUST bring it to the test site or you WILL NOT be allowed to test under any circumstances!
  • You MUST bring government issued identification such as a driver's license.
  • Please arrive by 6:00pm. Doors close and the testing begins promptly at 6:30pm.
  • For candidates less than 18 years of age, you will also need to bring the Student Permission Form issued by your instructor.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event that you're unable to attend this site, you MUST notify the Council office no later than ten (10) days prior to the test date. Upon notification, you will be allowed to reschedule one time for another test date. You may also request a refund if it's no later than ten (10) days prior to the test date (less a $5 processing fee).

ALL FEES LESS THAN TEN (10) DAYS PRIOR TO THE TEST SITE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
